This quick and easy recipe makes for the perfect fruity and filling breakfast. It is one of my favorites, especially when I’m looking to cool down after a hot, sweaty workout. It could easily be a smoothie, but why not mix it up and put it in a bowl and eat it like cold soup? You know, just keeping life interesting over here.
It’s All Peachy Breakfast Bowl
In a blender:
8-12 ounces of coconut water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle..
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon gluten free granola
1/2 cup cut up peaches on top
*You can also add 1/2 a cup of yogurt to the blended mixture if you are feeling extra hungry. 🙂
